1st Korean Kino Days in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 1 May 2026 – Ljubljana, 1 May 2026 – The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Slovenia invites you to the 1st Korean Kino Days, taking place as part of the global initiative 2026 Korea Story Festival from 7 to 9 May 2026 at Kinodvor in Ljubljana. The programme will be complemented by a special screening on 12 May at the Faculty of Arts.
Admission to all screenings is free; however, ticket reservations are required and will be available from 4 May onwards.
2026 Korea Story Festival: The 1st Korean Kino Days present a selection of contemporary Korean films that, through diverse stories, shed light on social, historical, and everyday themes. Korean stories will come to life on the big screen for the Slovenian audience, building bridges between the two cultures.
The event is one of the first public cultural programmes of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, which opened in Slovenia in November last year.
