Tch. Asst. Dr. Tina Ivnik

Tina Ivnik was born on the 7th of August 1991 in Ljubljana. She did her bachelor's and master's degree at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, University of Ljubljana. In 2018 she graduated with her master's degree thesis; Turkish Women in Slovenia: The Influence of Migration on Gender Relations. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student and a junior research fellow in the same department. During her studies, she participated in Erasmus+ student exchanges in Rome, Istanbul, and Florence and did her internship in Lebanon. In her Ph.D. research, she focuses on the cultural landscape transformation in Natisone Valleys - the northeastern part of Italy - after the second world war.
